Quick background info: The very first time we met Gigi she walked up to us and the first thing she did was give us kisses. That's how adorable and friendly she is. Also, we lived in an apartment, kind of far from the parking lot, that info will come in handy later. Okay, back to the story at hand.
Soon after we got Gigi, Boy Human had knee surgery, so one night he ordered pizza. I wasn't home at the time and Boy Human was having to use crutches to walk, so when the pizza guy came to the door Boy Human was limping. As he tipped the guy and closed the door, Gigi slipped out and started following the pizza guy to his car. (Remember, the parking lot was a bit of a walk.) Boy Human had no choice but to run, sans crutches, after her! So yelling, "Gigi" and limp-running across a big lawn he tried to catch up with her. Don't ask me why the pizza guy didn't stop, pick her up, and bring her back, but he didn't. Instead, he got to his car, opened the door, and Gigi jumped right in ready to love anyone and everyone who would feed her pizza!
Obviously Boy Human eventually got to the car, too, and limped back to the apartment with Gigi in tow. It's definitely one of the funniest things she's ever done. Tell us some of your funny pet stories!
